Please read this document carefully before using the 26000 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 26000 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 26000's services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content or services via the 26000 website or mobile application. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
User Eligibility
The 26000 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 26000 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that does not comply with this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to register one account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 26000 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through appropriate supporting documents. Duplicate accounts or accounts registered using false information will be terminated immediately.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 26000 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
All 26000 platform users must comply with the rules set out herein and use the platform solely for lawful and permitted purposes. Any misuse of the platform — including attempts to manipulate the system, use of unauthorised third-party software, or involvement in fraudulent activity — will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
- Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration or transactions is strictly prohibited
- Any activity that disrupts or damages the functionality of the platform is strictly prohibited
- Use of automation, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it is strictly prohibited
- Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited
26000 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary action, including account suspension, freezing of funds, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 26000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid under Malaysian law.
Deposits are processed through payment channels supported by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. 26000 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the help page. Withdrawals may only be made to a verified account held in the same user's name. All withdrawals are subject to security checks before approval.
Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent will be investigated. 26000 reserves the right to hold related funds while the investigation is ongoing. If fraud is confirmed, the funds in question may be forfeited and the account terminated.
26000 operates a limited refund policy. Deposits that have been used for gameplay are generally non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical errors on the platform's end. Each case is assessed individually.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
26000 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or faults. The platform is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except where Malaysian law provides otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 26000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 26000 or parties that have licensed it to 26000. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 26000.
Third-Party Links
The 26000 platform may contain references to third-party services. 26000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links or services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
26000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at 26000's sole discretion. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
Amendments to Terms
26000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 26000 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
